1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Launch Page ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Launch Page platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

2.1 Subscription Plans

Launch Page offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

2.2 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription option selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

2.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused features.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

3.1 Account Registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Launch Page does not endorse any User Content or opinions expressed by users.

5. DATA PRIVACY AND CALL RECORDING

5.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Call Recording and Monitoring

The Service includes features for recording and analyzing telephone calls. You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Launch Page. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Launch Page Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Launch Page and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Launch Page an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual right to use such Feedback without compensation to you.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LAUNCH PAGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. TERMINATION

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting customer support.

10.2 Termination by Launch Page

Launch Page may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
